    Some follow the rules of spelling, others do not.
    Depends on what you are, and if you have a personal interest in HCV. Hepatitis is my enemy, I'm fighting for years. Sometimes I will draw attention to themselves, other times I had with the F ^&%$#^ disease and leave it in lowercase even at the beginning of a sentence. Scripture is full of quirks and if you have a value of punctuation, I would not do.

    Sometimes. If the word "hepatitis" is at the beginning of a sentence, capitolize if not capitolize.
